Help Us Honor Bellevue & West Nashville's Own! Sponsored by the Bellevue Community Foundation in partnership with Arts Bellevue, Bellevue Harpeth Chamber of Commerce, and Bellevue Harpeth Historic. Two-Time WWII POW 97 year old Private First Class Virgil Luther Mann and other area Veterans Presentation of Colors and Park Parade Presentations by Mayor Cooper, Vice Mayor Shulman and the Metro Council. Thank you to Mr. Mann's family for sharing his story, Exchange Club of Bellevue for the American Flag display, and our area Scout Troops' participation.
