Come hear from three businesses relating to power cleaning, painting and roofing!
Elrina Parcover - Equinox Power Cleaning! My family and I relocated to Bellevue, Tennessee from South Florida in 2014, and it’s truly become our home. I’ve been in the power washing industry for over 11 years now, and since 2020, I’ve had the privilege of running a family-owned and operated business alongside my oldest son, Jonathan. Along the way, my youngest son joined the team, making it a truly family-centered effort. Working together has been one of the most rewarding aspects of what I do—we take immense pride in providing reliable, high-quality service to our community.
I’ve had an entrepreneurial mindset since I was 11, always seeking ways to solve problems and serve others through hard work. Over the years, I’ve gained experience in several industries—ranging from painting and pool maintenance to financial services and 15 years as a hands-on general contractor. This diverse background has given me a well-rounded understanding of both the technical and relational aspects of service work, allowing me to build a business founded on trust, craftsmanship, and strong client relationships.
I’m also grateful to be an active member of the Bellevue Harpeth Chamber of Commerce and the Bellevue Business Networking group. Staying connected with so many other passionate business owners has allowed me to build meaningful relationships, stay informed about local happenings, and be part of a supportive network that truly values collaboration and growth.
Carly Merritt was born and raised in Arizona and made the move to Tennessee in 2019. With a passion for the outdoors, she enjoys camping, hiking, fishing, and spending time in the kitchen cooking and baking. Carly began her career in the painting industry five years ago, starting in the front office handling leads. She quickly climbed the ranks—first becoming a project manager, then serving as VP of Operations, where she led the department for over a year and a half. After life's roller coaster in her personal life, she took a break to be a full time nanny. After about a year, she transitioned back into Nashville Painting Company with a new role as a Business Development Manager and Sales Representative, where she now brings her experience and dedication to serving customers with excellence and integrity. We have painted over 400+ homes in the Bellevue area since we have been in business. We are looking to partner with you and serve you and your neighbors interior/exterior painting needs.
Jared Crenshaw — husband, dad of five wildly awesome kids, and a long-time work-from-home consultant who finally realized humans need sunlight and social interaction. Born in central Illinois, wandered through Murfreesboro, Memphis, LA, and Vegas, and now I’m rooted in Nashville, where the roofs are high and the humidity’s higher.
With nearly 30 years in sales and marketing, I’ve helped 300+ startups and small businesses grow, pivot, or stop sucking. I’ve built two companies, closed more deals than I can count, and somewhere along the way discovered I actually enjoy roofing — because people really love you when you keep the rain out of their living room.
These days, I’m a roofing consultant with Quality Exteriors out of Middle Tennessee — helping homeowners protect what matters most, one shingle at a time.
I’m all about meaningful work, building things that last, and having fun while doing it. Life’s too short for boring jobs, fake people, or bad coffee.
